I set off to visit 5 kitchen shops in one day with a reasonable idea of what We would like for the kitchen in our new extension. I walked into Kreativ kitchens and didn’t go anywhere else! From the excellent customer service, to the quality and choice of product available, I knew no-where else would match up. Nothing was too much trouble to Matthew. He designed the kitchen exactly how we wanted it, changed colours, taps and worktops a fair few times in the consultation phase, and worked hard to source the perfect finish. He was patient and good humoured throughout, recognising how big a decision choosing a kitchen is. The absolute best thing though which sets Kreativ kitchens apart from anywhere else is their eye for detail post sale. Matthew liaised with our builders, Walker construction from the start, checking in on the job a few times to check measurements were still accurate and adapting where necessary. We work and have 3 children so knowing that between Matthew and Walker construction had it covered meant we did not have to worry, The finished product is gorgeous and is everything we were looking for. The fitting of the kitchen by Jonny, and his eye for detail meant there was no snag list at the end. We also have total peace of mind that should we have an issues in the future, Matthew will resolve it without hesitation. We would not hesitate to recommend Matthew at Kreativ kitchens to anyone who wants a high quality product with excellent customer service.
