WARENDORF CARBON STEEL KITCHEN WITH DEKTON KAIROS WORKTOPS
The breath-taking mottled finish of Warendorf’s Carbon Steel units immediately sets a captivating and sophisticated tone to our client’s space. Using an ingenious pocket doors system to conceal the ovens helped maximise the impact of the exquisite surface finish while minimising details relating to the functionality of the room. The clean architectural lines established by the uninterrupted bank of cabinetry, floating base cabinets and cantilevered breakfast bar further add to the sense of drama.
An additional pocket door system offers our Leeds client space to position their small appliances, creating a handy breakfast area that can be neatly hidden out of sight when not in use. The tall units provide ample storage, which is enhanced by practical internal drawers. Complete with a sleek Bora venting hob and Quooker tap, the spacious island establishes the ideal work area, while creating an opportunity to socialise at the same time as cooking. Every detail of this stunning kitchen has been meticulously considered both in terms of practicality and style.
Lighting plays a crucial role in this kitchen, beautifully illuminating the surface of each tall unit to accentuate the distinctive organic finish. Ceiling pendants emphasise the island and define the seating area, elevating each aspect of the design. LED lighting within the pocket door unit combines functionality and aesthetics, aiding visibility while creating an attractive glow. The piece de resistance is the showstopping backlit smoked mirror TV enclosure. From the seamless cabinetry to the exquisite, marbled Dekton worktops, this Leeds kitchen is simply spectacular.

"I really enjoy the interplay of light and dark surfaces in this kitchen, and how they are reflected in the smoked mirror TV enclosure. The pocket doors are a standout feature, allowing our client to hide the function of the kitchen away behind closed doors. This provides an elegant backdrop to the island and solid wood breakfast bar, which offers a casual dining space away from the main dining table."
